Giuliana gained her experience in leading Italian and international law firms, specializing in corporate transactions, including mergers, demergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, incorporations, sales of shares and businesses, capital transactions and, in general, in corporate and commercial law.

She assists Clients in relation to corporate governance models, drawing up and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution agreements, sponsorship agreements, corporate documents and due diligence reports, and provides assistance in order to ensure full regulatory compliance.
